Buying a puppy Information

IMPORTANT NOTICE COVID-19

Due to the current difficulties we are all facing with social isolating anyone wishing to reserve one of our puppies who aren’t already on our waiting list. You will pay your non refundable deposit as normal of £500 and then you will be booked in to come along at 6 weeks and meet your pup mum and dad.
In the interim you will be able to join our Facebook group and will be kept up to date with videos and photos. Puppies are normally vet checked around 7 week mark and it’s at this stage that your final balance is required to be paid to enable us to organise all
your paperwork and microchip transferred into your name. We do not organise any paperwork until the final balance is paid. We use Docusign to email paperwork over which requires to be signed before your pup leaves our premises. On the day you are coming to pick up your pup vaccination card and your puppy with leave with food and a blanket with scent of mum.

We hope in these trying times you understand our new company procedure for the foreseeable future.

Option 1: Our Waiting List

As we have been breeding for over 10 years healthy and happy puppies we do tend to have a waiting list. £300 non refundable bank transfer puts your on our waiting list.
Once your puppy is born we will contact you within 3 days with photos video and sexes of the litter. If you still decide to go ahead you are then required to pay your remaining £200 non refundable deposit to guarantee your pup

You will be booked in to come along at five weeks to meet ourselves, mum, dad see the environment in which your puppy is being raised in so you are 100% happy with us and choose your puppy on the day. We normally vaccinate our puppies at 7 weeks. At 7 weeks we will confirm with you via text on the day that your puppy is 100% fit and healthy. It is at this stage the remaining balance is due by back transfer so we can get you booked in for collection at 8 weeks old and get your microchip and insurance activated. You will also receive a Royal Canine puppy pack which includes a voucher entitling you to £50 worth of free food.

PLEASE NOTE ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE SO PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE GOING ON OUR WAITING LIST. WE GET A LOT OF RECOMMENDATIONS AND IF YOU ARE GOING ON OUR WAITING LIST WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR £300. IF YOU PAY YOUR REMAINING DEPOSIT AND CHANGE YOUR MIND WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT.

I must stress of someone pays they’re deposit in the meantime before the 5 weeks of age they are priority and you go down one place. At 5 weeks of age you would come along meet mum, dad, environment and most importantly puppies. At 5 weeks of age you get to choose your pup.. Then rest applies to above.

We kindly request that you do not send any form of payment until we have had a phone or email conversation with you and that you have passed our suitable home vetting.
